Connecting. Organizing. Disseminating. Enhancing are action words that describe the Jasmine Getrouw, CODEJGM, approach to public health and social justice.
An experienced advocate with demonstrated success as an educator, professional networker, connection maker, and action taker, I employ my wide range of skills to anti-racism-centered maternal and child health education and consulting. My “toolbox” encompasses strategic approaches to expanding equity across the lifespan using a root cause, systems-based analytical framework. This unique set of tools includes performing needs assessments; and planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that both reduce disparities in marginalized populations and address implicit bias amongst helping professionals.
CODEJGM creates awareness of the systemic barriers that perpetually disenfranchise populations. Employing my knowledge, experience, and skills, I apply innovative data-informed approaches to addressing these inequities, from collecting personal narratives, to leveraging social tools for culture shifts.
CODEJGM is dedicated to developing effective strategies for addressing the structural health inequities that have historically and disproportionately affected communities.
CODEJGM is your go-to professional.
